“Find Your Balance” Programme

Designed to promote physical, mental, and emotional balance, reduce stress, and relax the mind.

Our stress management program takes an integrated approach and provides a personalized plan to cater to each individual's unique needs and stress factors. This plan includes activities like energy rebalancing, creativity exercises, meditation, chi-kung, focus, and breathing to help you effectively manage stress and anxiety. The program also helps improve sleep quality, boost the immune system, calm the mind, and address emotional and energetic blockages.

The Personalised Individual Programme or Small Group (maximum of 6 people) is available in Portuguese, English, Spanish, and French. It lasts for 2, 4, or 7 days and is conducted in a confidential manner in a selected hotel.

Meditation and Chi-kung

Stress management tools to use in your daily life.

Meditation and Chi Kung practice and learning sessions can promote focus, concentration, flexibility, and vitality.

Originating from the Ancient East, Chi Kung is an art that can help you feel better, reduce stress, and increase your energy levels. All you need to practice these sessions is comfortable clothing and a sweater to wear during the relaxation phase.

Chi Kung is suitable for both individual and group sessions, and can be enjoyed by people of all ages, including children and seniors. Additionally, we offer individual, group, and company sessions for up to 10 people.

Energy Rebalancing

Rebalancing our vital energy.

Our body has various (subtle) energy points which, when misaligned or unbalanced, can disturb the regular flow of our vital energy - Chi - and as such cause blockages or aggravates certain imbalances.

Through exercises and specific meditation, we learn how to naturally rebalance the energy field and identify some physical symptoms with emotional and psychological changes. Energy rebalancing helps the body become more aware, identifying stressful situations and automatic behavior patterns that can be worked on preventively to avoid stress and new imbalances.

Archetypal Constellations

Only by knowing ourselves better can we be our best selves.

Engaging in a creative and therapeutic process can aid in learning, self-discovery, and personal growth. This process is rooted in mythological archetypes and the four natural elements, understanding an individual's unique profile, primary behavioral traits, habits, and relationships with others. The process also involves identifying stressors and how the individual reacts to them. Alternative approaches are discussed and linked to their archetype to help mitigate the effects of stressors.

Individual or group sessions are available (max 5 people). In Portuguese, English, French, and Spanish and with total confidentiality.
