Find balance in yourself and in your life.

Learn techniques to reduce stress in your personal, professional and family life and live in a more balanced way.

Stress is a natural response for humans, and it is part of our survival mechanism. However, when it becomes chronic, it can cause mental, physical, and emotional imbalances. To maintain our overall well-being, it is crucial to comprehend the mechanisms behind stress and its impact on our health.

Stress management starts with each of us.

Integrated Stress Management

Integrated Stress Management treats the body, mind and spirit as one.

Stress can cause physical, psychological, and emotional imbalances, which are often the result of imbalances in our daily habits and routines. To regain balance, it is crucial that we take care of our physical health by engaging in regular exercise, maintaining a balanced diet, and getting enough restorative sleep. However, this is only the first step.

Practicing conscious breathing, being present in the moment, and meditating regularly can improve our awareness of our actions, prevent us from living on autopilot mode, and reduce stress and anxiety.

In addition to this, creativity is not just a way to relax and unwind, but it can also help us focus better, stimulates our imagination, and enhances our mental flexibility when dealing with stress and everyday situations.

Finally, spending time in nature can provide us with a much-needed break from our fast-paced lives and help us become more mindful of our surroundings and our place in the world.

Experience of an international stress management expert.

Nowadays, stress management is a topic that is widely discussed due to its effects on everyone's life. However, when I began my journey, very few people talked about it. Perhaps it was because it was the 1990s and life had not yet accelerated with the internet, mobile phones, social networks, and globalization, despite its complexities.

For personal reasons, I have always been interested in topics related to the balance of individuals. I have extensively researched, studied, and practiced various practices ranging from the United States to India. Over the years, I have learned meditation, conscious breathing, energy rebalancing, and chi-kung. For the past 30 years, I have been helping people who come to me for assistance in Portugal and abroad. I have had the privilege of working in international clinics where I have learned other ways and methods of working.

I believe that the goal is the path and not the destination. Therefore, I am still learning and growing, and I have much to contribute to this path that I have chosen.

“I have noticed a significant increase in my productivity and creativity. Above all, I'm more at peace with myself.”
