It's never too late to take preventative measures, especially if you're already experiencing some of these symptoms. It's crucial not only to alleviate these symptoms but also to understand their root cause and treat it accordingly.

    Stress in young people is experienced for different reasons: trying to get good grades, the pressure of social media, starting to work, finding a partner, living alone, raising a family, or dealing with the many things that change at this stage of life.

    Going through these times implies greater self-knowledge of the adult you are developing, defining priorities and paths to follow.

  • Stress in Sports and Athletes

    Stress can help you to be more alert, and more motivated to practice. In the right amount, it helps you prepare, concentrate, and perform optimally. But too much stress, or bad stress, can cause performance anxiety, damage your health, and prevent you from being relaxed, confident, and focused in competition.

Our individual programs are designed for one-to-one sessions. Each session starts with a diagnostic session, followed by the creation of a personalized plan in the subsequent sessions. These programs are available in packs of 4 sessions, either face-to-face or online, and can be conducted in Portuguese, English, French, and Spanish. All sessions are completely private and confidential.
