It is therefore essential to be vigilant and work preventively to manage team stress, protecting organizations.

Stress Management Programmes for Companies

  • Workshops for Teams

    Workshops designed according to a previous diagnosis, varying in length and location, ranging from an awareness-raising session on stress in the workplace to specific sessions with specific teams, with the aim of helping participants understand the origin of stress and how to manage it with practical exercises and techniques that can be applied at work and in their personal lives.

    Sessions with a maximum of 25 participants, on-site or off-site.

  • Individual sessions

    The Individual Sessions for leaders or other people in the organization begin with a diagnostic session in which the symptoms and causes of stress are identified, as well as lifestyle habits, and a personalized plan is then developed for each person. Subsequently, weekly individual sessions will be held, either face-to-face or online, in accordance with the established plan.

    Sessions are available in sets of 4, also available in English, French, and Spanish.

  • Team Building Actions

    Team building activities are designed to improve communication between teams, increase creativity, encourage healthy competition, and promote stress relief. These actions, which can vary in duration and location, include creativity workshops, Chi-Kung, conscious breathing, and team co-operation exercises, among others, and can be integrated into other larger team-building actions.

    On-site or off-site actions, with duration and activities to be defined.
